With an amazing gift of hospitality, their deep passion is to create a church culture that grows together in God through radical love, unshakable faith and holy passion.
Youth-Young Adults & Worship Pastor: Michael Albano
Michael Albano is the Youth-Young Adults as well as Worship Pastor at Grace. As the Worship Coordinator, Mike gives leadership to the flourishing music ministry at Grace. Fusing cutting edge worship with their desire for God, Grace’s Worship Ministry is dedicated to facilitating an encounter with the Holy Spirit every week. It is their desire to see the church corporately experience the presence of God in a deep and impactful way. As the leader of the Youth and Young Adults Ministry at Grace, it is Mike’s passion is to see this generation of young people walk in their God ordained destinies. He is committed to establishing strong discipleship relationships and small groups, as well as, a bi-monthly Youth and Young adult service called Consumed.
Children’s Ministry: Sarah Albano
Sarah Albano has been involved in Children’s Ministry at Grace in some capacity since its inception fifteen years ago. Every week, as the leader of an excellent team of teachers, she excels in creating engaging lessons aimed at helping our kids explore and uncover who Jesus really is. More than anything though she loves watching children connect to the gospel and has a burden to create young passionate disciples.
Living Rooms Small Group Ministry: Eric Staebler
Eric is an elder at Grace and gives leadership to the growing Small Group ministry. With a mandate to create a culture of family where real love, care and growth in Christ can take place, the home groups provide a great environment for accountability and friendship.
